Drawn and colored entirely in Photoshop; one of my first and few pieces done without a pencil sketch scanned in first! 
I love shirts with tops like that so; here is me! ^^
I'm just in spring mode so thought a bit of bright green and some light purples (for Lilacs; my FAVORITE flower; which come out in May!) would be more in the spirit of how I feel lately.
